Terms of Service

1.Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Invotech Labs Pvt Ltd, Saha, Ambala, Haryana 133104, India. By creating an account or using StatusPe (the app, statuspe.com and the web portal) you accept them. If you use StatusPe for a business, you confirm you can accept them for that business.

2.What StatusPe does

StatusPe lets you link your WhatsApp number as a linked device, schedule text, photo and video statuses, choose who sees them, and see who viewed them. Optional extras include AI writing help and notifications.

3.WhatsApp and Meta

StatusPe is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. StatusPe uses WhatsApp’s linked-device feature; it is not an official WhatsApp API.

You must follow WhatsApp’s Terms of Service. WhatsApp may change its service, limit features, log out linked devices or restrict a number at any time, for reasons we can’t control or predict. We are not responsible for actions WhatsApp takes on your number. Use a number you are comfortable using this way.

4.Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Link only WhatsApp numbers you own or are authorised to use. One number can be linked to only one StatusPe account.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to use StatusPe to post or do anything that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful or harassing;
• infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy;
• promotes prohibited goods or services, gambling, or misleading health or financial claims;
• is spam, or reaches people who did not choose to save your number;
• tries to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of StatusPe.

We may remove content, pause schedules or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6.Your content

Your statuses, photos, videos and contacts stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and send them only to provide StatusPe to you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post.

7.AI writing help

AI suggestions can be wrong or unsuitable. Read them before posting; you are responsible for what you publish. Don’t ask the helper to make false claims about prices, offers or products. AI use counts against your plan’s monthly credits.

8.Plans, trial and payments

• Free trial: 7 days, starting when you link your first WhatsApp number. One trial per number.
• Paid plans: paid in advance for the period you choose (1, 3 or 12 months), through Razorpay or Google Play. Prices are in Indian rupees; applicable taxes are shown before you pay.
• No automatic renewal: a plan ends at the end of its period unless you pay again. There is nothing to cancel.
• Limits: each plan has limits (numbers, statuses per day, contacts, AI credits). They are shown on the Plans page and may be updated for future periods.
• Refunds: see the Refund Policy.
• StatusPe is a digital service. Nothing is shipped.

9.Availability

We work to keep StatusPe running and to post every status on time, but we can’t guarantee it. Statuses can be delayed or fail if your number is disconnected, WhatsApp is unavailable or changes, the phone is offline for long, or during maintenance. StatusPe tells you when something needs your attention.

10.Suspension and ending

You can stop using StatusPe and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or that put StatusPe or other users at risk. What happens to your data when a plan ends or an account is deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.

11.Our product

The StatusPe name, logo, app and website belong to us. You may use them only to use StatusPe.

12.No warranties

StatusPe is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about results such as views, sales or reach.

13.Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or business, or for actions taken by WhatsApp or Meta. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

14.Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses if a third party makes a claim against us because of content you posted or your breach of these terms.

15.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ambala, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.

16.Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use StatusPe after that means you accept the new terms.
